If you cannot operate the projector via using the remote control, please follow the steps below to check :

Check the operating angle: Make sure the angle between the remote control and the projector's infrared receiver is within ±15 degrees horizontally or ±10 degrees vertically.
- Check distances and obstacles:
- Make sure the distance between the remote control and the projector is no more than 7 meters.
- Make sure there are no obstacles in the way.
- Check the battery condition:
- Check that the battery is installed correctly.
- If the battery power is low, please replace it with a new one.
- Please try again by pointing the remote control at the projected image.
If the problem or condition does not improve after following the above steps, we recommend that you contact Optoma Customer Service for further assistance.
*Important notes : If you have not used the projector for a long time, please remember to remove the batteries from your remote control before storing it. Leaving the batteries in the remote control for a long time without using it may cause the batteries to leak and damage the remote control.
