A stretched image usually occurs when there's a mismatch between your content's aspect ratio and the projector's display settings. Here's how to fix it:
- Check your content format and match the projector's aspect ratio accordingly:
- For 16:9 DVD content, use 16:9 format.
- For 4:3 content, select 4:3 format in the projector OSD.
- For LBX format content, choose LBX format in the projector OSD.
- You can adjust this by:
- Pressing "Menu" on the projector.
- Going to "Display → Aspect Ratio".
- Selecting the appropriate format for your content.
If the image is still stretched after adjusting the aspect ratio, make sure your source device (like a DVD player) is also set to the correct display format. For example, if you're using a DVD player, set its display format to match your content (such as 16:9 for widescreen content).
