- Point the remote within ±30° horizontally and vertically toward the projector's IR receivers.
- Check for obstructions and distance:
- Remove any obstacles between the remote and projector.
- Stay within 10 meters (32.8 feet) of the projector.
- Check the batteries:
- Verify batteries are inserted correctly.
- Replace batteries if they are depleted.
